1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp ground cinnamon

10 slices whole wheat bread

10 tsp light whipped topping

Ground nutmeg for garnish

Cooking Methods

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg substitute, fat free half and half, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and Splenda.

  3. Dip each bread slice into batter and then cook on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, working in batches.
