In a medium bowl, whisk together egg substitute, fat free half and half, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and Splenda.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray over medium heat.
Dip each bread slice into batter and then cook on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, working in batches.
