Diabetic Orange Camomile Tea Recipe Low Carb

 

Ingredients

4 tsp camomile tea (4 sachets)

550ml / 1 pint cold water

liquid sweetener

1 large orange, sliced

Cooking Methods

  1. Brew the tea using 1 pint water and leave to cool.
  2. If you are using the sachets, remove them. Add in sweetener and the slices of orange.
  3. Leave in refrigerator for 24 hours.
  4. Serve cold or re-heat and serve the tea hot.
