4 tsp mint tea (4 sachets)

550ml / 1 pint cold water

6 strawberries, hulled

liquid sweetener

fresh mint leaves (optional)

Cooking Methods

  1. Brew the mint tea using the 550ml water and leave to cool.
  2. Remove the sachets, if used and transfer the tea to a glass jug.
  3. Add the strawberries and sweetener. Leave in refrigerator to chill.
