Sugar-Free Peppermint Mocha Recipe

 

Ingredients

2 cups non-fat milk

4 0.5-oz packets sugar-free hot chocolate mix

1 tsp peppermint extract

1 cup strong brewed coffee

1/2 cup light whipped topping

Cocoa powder, to taste

Cooking Methods

  1. Add milk to a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in sugar-free hot chocolate packets and peppermint extract. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Do not boil.
  2. Add 1/4 cup coffee to a medium coffee mug. Add 1/4 of the hot chocolate mixture, top with 2 tbsp light whipped topping and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
  3. Repeat for remaining three servings.
