Country Ham with Redeye Gravy Recipe Low Carb

1 Tbsp canola oil

1 cup strong black coffee

1 Tbsp brown sugar

2 Tbsp flour

1/2 tsp paprika

Cooking Methods

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and saute the ham on each side for 3-4 minutes. Remove the ham from the skillet and keep warm.

  2. Combine the coffee, brown sugar, and flour. Add to the pan drippings, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add the paprika. Serve the gravy with the ham.
