Sesame Chicken Caprice Recipe Low Carb

 

Ingredients

8 half chicken breasts, boned

salt and pepper to taste

4 bananas, halved lengthwise

1 cup flour seasoned with salt and pepper

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 1/2 cups sesame seeds

2 tbsp olive oil

Cooking Methods

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper then pound until thin.

  2. Place banana on each piece.

  3. Roll banana up in chicken breast and secure with toothpicks.

  4. Toss rolls in seasoned flour. Glaze with beaten egg then coat with sesame seeds. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow coating to set.

  5. Heat oil then cook chicken until browned and tender. Alternatively, grill.

  6. Remove toothpicks before serving with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
