Pork Chops with Apple Stuffing Recipe

18 oz boneless pork chops

1 cup prepared stuffing mix

1/2 cup raisins, chopped

1 cup celery, chopped

2 small apples, cored and chopped

1/4 cup onion, chopped

1 low-sodium bouillon cube

1 1/2 cups hot water

Cooking Methods

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Heat the oil in a medium skillet and brown the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove them and place in a nonstick baking dish.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except the bouillon and water. Dissolve the bouillon cube in the hot water, then add to the dressing mixture and mix well.

  3. Spread the dressing over the pork chops. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
