This Stilton Cheese puffs is amazingly easy and delicious that I almost make them every day for my little boy’s snack.

Now, let me give you the ingredients for my homemade stilton cheese puffs. You need to have ½ cup of ale. You can then pour beer slowly into the measuring cup do not measure foam. And you will need at least 3 tablespoon unsalted butter and 1/8 teaspoon salt. You need ½ cup of all purpose flour and 2 large eggs. And of course, the most important ingredient ½ cup crumbled Stilton cheese without the rind. Combine the beer, butter and salt in saucepan and stir them together. When the butter is melted, reduce heat to moderate and add your all purpose flour then continue to cook, stirring until mixture pulls away from pan. You have to continue to stir and flattening the batter against bottom of pan until moisture is evaporated and film forms on bottom of pan. You can now remove the pan from heat and cool for 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. And then add the cheese and stir until it is mixed well. And then spoon the batter into pastry bag. Pipe approximately around 3 inch lengths of batter and 1 inch apart on the baking sheet. You can then bake until puffed and golden brown for 20 to 25 minutes.

As sure as I am with my own kids, your kids will also love this creamy cheese puffs. And the best thing about this recipe is that you can always modify it to whatever you want it to be.
