1.5kg half leg of lamb

2 large garlic cloves, cut into silvers

large sprig of fresh rosemary

olive oil

black pepper

Cooking Methods

  1. Pierce the meat with a sharp knife in several places, and insert the garlic silvers.

  2. Push the sprig of rosemary into the center of the lamb.

  3. Rub a little oil over the meat and season wih black pepper.

  4. Place meat in ovem heated to 190 degree Celsius and roast for 1 1/2 hours.

  5. Serve with jacket potatoes and minted peas.
