2 15-oz cans black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

2 green onions, chopped

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced

2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 tsp garlic salt

1/4 ground black pepper
