California Corn Salad Recipe Low Carb

2 limes, juiced

1 orange, juiced

1 Tbsp chopped cilantro

1 Tbsp Splenda

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 5-oz bag field green salad mix

1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels, thawed

1 avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, cilantro, olive oil and Splenda. Then, set aside.
