Pineapple Seashell Salad Recipe

250g shell macaroni, cooked

425g canned unsweetened pineapple pieces, drained

1 cup cooked chicken or ham, chopped

1 medium cucumber, peeled and cubed

1 small red capsicum, cut into fine strips

4 shallots, finely chopped

200mg natural low-fat yoghurt

salt and ground pepper to taste

Cooking Methods
