Mixed-Herb Vinaigrette:

1/3 cup finely chopped fresh basil

1/4 cup dry white wine

2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1/2 tbsp cider mustard

1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 medium garlic clove, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper
