Creamed Spinach Recipe Low Carb

2 10-oz pkgs frozen, chopped spinach

1 can low-fat cream of chicken or mushroom soup, undiluted

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Tbsp flour

2 tsp grated onion

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 hard-cooked egg, sliced

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cook the spinach according to package directions, drain well.
