1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted

1 cup shredded carrots

4 green onions, chopped

3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp Splenda

1/4 tsp ground black pepper
