Low-Fat Buttermilk Coleslaw Recipe Low Carb

 

Ingredients

Servings: 4-6

 

1/2 medium cabbage, finely shredded

2 medium carrots, peeled and grated

1 large red capsicum, halved, finely sliced

2 stalks celery

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1 1/2 cups buttermilk

1/2 cup concentrate orange juice

1 tbsp seed mustard

salt and grated pepper to taste

Cooking Methods

  1. Toss vegetables together in a large salad bowl.
