Creamy Tilapia Bake (Baked Fish Recipe)

 

Ingredients

Cooking Spray

1 10.75-oz can cream of shrimp soup

1/2 cup non-fat milk

2 cups cooked brown rice

4 tilapia fillets (about 1/4 lb each)

2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Methods

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soup and non-fat milk.
  4. Spread cooked rice evenly over the bottom of the baking pan. Lay the tilapia fillets across the rice. Do not overlap.
  5. Pour soup and milk mixture over the fish and sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
