Creamy Tilapia Bake (Baked Fish Recipe)

1 10.75-oz can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 cup non-fat milk
2 cups cooked brown rice
4 tilapia fillets (about 1/4 lb each)
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Methods
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish
with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together
soup and non-fat milk.
- Spread cooked rice evenly over the
bottom of the baking pan. Lay the tilapia fillets across the rice. Do
not overlap.
- Pour soup and milk mixture over the
fish and sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until
bubbly.
