Low-Fat Easy Salmon and Mushroom Savoury Recipe Low Carb

1 large onion, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small green capsicum, chopped

125g mushrooms, sliced

440g canned mushroom soup

1 cup water

1 bayleaf

pinch thyme

ground pepper to taste

440g canned salmon, drained

Cooking Methods

  1. Saute onion in oil, then add capsicum and mushrooms and cook until softened.

  2. Stir in soup, water, bayleaf, thyme and pepper.

  3. Add salmon then cook gently for 10 minutes or until heated through. Remove bayleaf.

  4. Serve hot on a bed of rice with a crunchy coleslaw.
