1 medium onion, chopped

3 stalks celery, sliced

500g fish fillets, boned, skinned and cut into bite-sized pieces

2 cups broccoli florets, cooked

1/2 cup sticky raisins

1/2 tsp ground ginger

pinch cayenne pepper

ground pepper to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice

Cooking Methods

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Saute onion and celery until transparent.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to pan and cook over a high heat until fish is just tender, stirring constantly.
