Mustard-Glazed Salmon With Green Beans

 

Ingredients

4 sheets (12 x 19 inches) aluminum foil

Cooking spray

1 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

1 tbsp trans-fat-free margarine

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 tbsp lite soy sauce

4 cup frozen green beans, thawed

4 4-oz salmon fillets

Methods

  1. Prepare an outdoor grill. Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, margarine, mustard, and soy sauce.
  3. Place 1 cup green beans on each sheet of foil. Place salmon fillet on top of green beans. Top salmon with 1/4 Brown Sugar Blend mixture, spread evenly over salmon.
  4. Bring up sides of foil. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving a little room in packet for circulation. Repeat for remaining three packets.
  5. Place packets in covered outdoor grill on medium-high heat and cook for 12-14 minutes, until salmon flakes with fork.

 

Fun Facts / Cooking Tips

 

If you want to use the oven instead, preheat the oven to 400°F and bake these packets on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
