4 slices whole-wheat bread, crust removed and cubed

2 Tbsp lite mayonnaise

1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp mustard

3/4 lb large or jumbo shrimp, butterflied (leave tails on)
