Tasty Salmon Patties Recipe Low Carb

1 16-oz can salmon

1 Tbsp lemon juice

Cold water

2 medium eggs, beaten

Dash pepper

1 slice bread, finely crumbled

1/4 cup finely minced celery and leaves

2 Tbsp finely minced green onion

1 Tbsp finely minced bell pepper

1/3 cup chopped onion

2 Tbsp flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 Tbsp canola oil

Cooking Methods

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Drain the salmon, reserving the liquid. Discard the skin, but save the bones. Flake the salmon lightly, but well, with a fork. Crush the bones and mix with the salmon.

  2. Add the lemon to the reserved salmon liquid and enough cold water to make 1/2 cup liquid; add to the salmon. Add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  3. Form into 4 patties. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
