Fun Facts / Cooking Tips

Another diabetic vegetable recipe. The specialty of this healthy dish is the roasted pecan. However, be sure to use pecan chips rather than chopped pecans. The chips are much smaller, when roasted, distribute their nutty flavor more evenly over the asparagus.
