Red Potatoes with Parmesan Recipe

12 ounces red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

2 tbsp light tub margarine

2 tbsp snipped fresh parsley

1/4 cup minced green onions

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese

Cooking Methods

  1. Set a steamer basket in a small amount of simmering water in a saucepan. Put the potatoes in the basket. Cook, covered for 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
  2. In a medium bowl, gently stir together the cooked potatoes and the remaining ingredients except the Parmesan.
  3. Gently stir in the Parmesan.
