Wild Rice with Fruit and Almonds Recipe

1/2 cup wild rice

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 1/2 cups low-fat, low-sodium chicken broth

1 tbsp walnut oil

1/2 cup chopped red apple

1/4 cup currants

2 tbsp chopped parsley

3 tbsp toasted almonds

Cooking Methods
